Search and Rescue Alberta By-laws Current bylaws: By-Laws as of April 28, 2001 The Societies Act's regulations regarding by-laws and amendments can be found at http://www.gov.ab.ca/qp/ascii/acts/WPD/S18.TXT. Regulations can be found at http://www.gov.ab.ca/qp/ascii/regs/2000_122.txt. There are currently no notices of proposed changes to the by-laws. When changes are proposed they will be accessible here. Changes can be discussed on the comments page. For your reference, in order to understand the history of the association, and to interpret past minutes we provide copies of the by-laws in all its past forms. |
